Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

We are seeking a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. As an HCA, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility.
– Support with mealtimes, hydration, and nutrition monitoring.
– Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional health.
– Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualised care plans.
– Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment.
– Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

About You:
– Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
– A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference.
– Kind, respectful, and empathetic approach to care.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Physically able to assist with resident mobility and personal care.
– Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
