Registered Manager – Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents while maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full accountability for the overall delivery of care and operational performance of the home.

Provide strong, visible leadership to staff, fostering a positive, supportive team culture.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., CQC, health & safety, safeguarding).

Monitor and continuously improve the quality of care and services provided.

Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve operational efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.

Act as a point of escalation for complex care issues and decision-making.
About You:

Registered with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., NMC, CQC registration as manager if applicable).

Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential care or nursing home setting.

Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements in adult social care.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Passionate about delivering person-centred care with empathy and dignity.

Able to handle responsibility, solve problems effectively, and lead by example.
